Please hang in there Nigel. We need senior voices like yours to help protect the less vocal and visible ones like so many of your keen followers to which I count myself.
With the amount the BBC is spending advertising itself (What has the
BBC ever done for me? Etc…) it cannot plead shortage of resources to answer complaints properly. Though the BBC is struggling to avoid being privatised, it would do better to provide a better service than to hide behind expensive advertising.

Unfortunately the Government hates everything you stand for. But KBO. Surely, right will prevail eventually.
